Archives of the Tyumen region will render paid services to online

ELAR corporation in 2006 developed the software package "Electronic Archive of the Tyumen Region" and for several years performs its filling, the press service of the company reported on June 4, 2013.

By June 4, 2013 more than 80 thousand cases (more than 15 million images of documents) are loaded into a system, more than 1.5 million headings of affairs are indexed. In 2013 it is supposed to scan and load 8.5 thousand more cases.

Implementing the project, ELAR corporation unrolled the "Electronic Archive of the Tyumen Region" system in three organizations: Tobolsk state archive, State archive of the Tyumen region and State archive of socio-political history of the region. To archive funds information from the database of the scanned documents free of charge is provided for providing citizens with a possibility of a public access on the Internet to all interested persons.

Archives of the Tyumen region, as well as other state archives in the subjects of the Russian Federation, on a paid basis render services, including, on requests of thematic and genealogical character. As archivists of the region consider, implementation of the current project will give the chance, to increase revenues of organizations and to expand audience due to providing comfortable online-services to different categories of users.

"It is supposed that on service "Ensuring access to the archive document in online" archivists will not spend time in general. The user will issue the order independently, will pay Yandex.Money using service and will instantly get access according to the link to results of the order. So will be able to study electronic copies of documents of a particular case", - the ELAR project manager Yury Dmitriyev told.

The functionality of providing online-services will become a part of a system of "Electronic archive of the Tyumen region" implemented by ELAR corporation in 2006. The electronic archive is annually upgraded and filled with information resources. Now access to an electronic information resource of funds of four state archives of the Tyumen region is provided via the AIS Archive online-interface using the Internet.

The functionality of a system of Electronic archive will implement for the registered users processes of a design, confirmation and payment of the order using modern payment methods, to provide the regulated access to electronic copies of archive documents. The one who used service will be able to receive results of the order of services or through Personal account, or e-mail, or directly in archive.
