Arena Mytishchi of SSK (1C: Integrated Automation 8)

Specialists of BIT company perform works on implementation of software "1C: Integrated Automation 8" in SSK "Arena Mytishchi".

Arena Mytishchi is modern sport and recreation complex of top-class with a capacity up to 9,000 people. In 2007 in it is mute two grandiose events – the figure skating Championship of Russia and the World Ice Hockey Championship were held. At the crowded stands in SRK "Arena Mytishchi" there take place regular hockey matches of the Championship of Russia, the five-a-side and taekwondo championships, concerts of the Russian and foreign stars, ice shows, exhibitions, corporate celebrations and other cultural events. To services of visitors two skating rinks with a total area more than 1,800 sq.m., twenty six VIP boxes and also six buffets, restaurant, bar and six banquet rooms.

Specialists of BIT company registered the cash registers and configured work of specialized programs and a retail store equipment of 4 jobs in institutions of public catering like Fast food, the restaurant, three workshops of kitchen and the VIP-hall located on the first, second and third floors of a complex. Training of employees in work with a system became the final stage of the project of automation.

The carried-out implementation significantly simplified maintaining different types of accounting and helped to adjust control of work of personnel and an expense of products. Significantly the level of service increased: time for order processing was reduced and service rate of visitors increased. A club system was introduced that allowed to open deposit accounts to regular customers.
