Plus Bank implements technologies of management of corporate documents

Technologika completed the first stage of system implementation of management of corporate documents on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 platform for JSC Plus Banka

Goal

The management of JSC Plus Bank within the project of upgrade of a corporate structure made the decision on implementation of a modern management system for corporate documents. Having studied a number of offers, JSC Plus Bank made a choice for benefit of the solution on the basis of Microsoft SharePoint proposed by Technologika company.

Job

Specialists of Technologika company together with IT specialists of the customer carried out requirement analysis of users and created vision of a corporate system which meets all requirements of the customer. Development and deployment of the module of an organization structure and approval of memos became the first step in achievement of the goal.

Specialists of the contractor implemented a number of functional features which allow to make work with a system even more conveniently. Provided key user training of a system together with IT specialists of bank. For June 4, 2013 a system in a stage of trial operation. After the end of testing it will work in 32 departments of the customer.
