TsMSCh No. 1 customizes a security system of cross-border transfer of personal data

One of features of processing of PDN in TsMSCh No. 1 - cross-border data transmission in state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Security of information by transfer through frontier is a component of works on a comprehensive protection of personal data. Other distinctive feature is the collecting of PDN connected with execution of an order of visit of the Baikonur complex by citizens of Russia, the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign citizens. The city of Baikonur is an administrative and territorial unit of the Republic of Kazakhstan which is functioning in a lease term and having the status corresponding to the federal city of the Russian Federation with a specific mode of safe functioning of objects, the enterprises and organizations and also accommodation of citizens.

Within the project the command of Softline carried out works on identification and classification of personal data information systems, developed models of security risks and technical specifications on creation of a system of protection of PDN.

"In the project progress the fact of personal data processing of special categories not only in a medical information system of the Central medical and sanitary Part No. 1, but also in databases of the specialized biomedical (diagnostic) equipment required special attention. The list of such equipment and structure of the processed personal information was studied. Then our specialists proposed adequate organizational and technical measures for protection of crucial objects", – Timur Hannanov, the head on information security of Softline in Ufa noted.

Technical project development of personal data protection and development of organizational and technical solutions on optimization of an information system and reduction in compliance of processing of PDN to requirements of the modern legislation became result of audit. The customer received all necessary organizational and administrative documentation including orders, provisions, technical regulations and instructions for quality improvement of information security management regarding personal data protection.
