Account 2.6 analyzer

The Account Analyzer program 2.6 is intended for control automation by mobile communication of corporate clients Beeline.

Orientation

The solution allows the organization to manage the list of the employees owning SIM cards of a corporate rate Beeline, to facilitate accomplishment of routine transactions: formation and sending to employees on e-mail of certificates of charges and detailing of calls, control of settlement with employees. Automate calculations for communication with employees in programs of 1C.

Functions

"The account analyzer" provides management of compensations for mobile communication that allows to expand a social package for employees. The program gives an opportunity to control and manage communication expenses, to define expenses on office calls and to carry them on costs of the organization.

"The account analyzer" helps the company:

• Separate calls of employees into office and personal. Thus, the employee pays personal calls independently that will allow the company to reduce costs from 30% and more from the amount of the account for mobile services;
• Carry costs for office calls for production costs of the company, thereby, to reduce a taxable basis and optimize tax payments;
• Automate all routine operations on management of corporate mobile communication;
• Control costs for connection with the help of the mechanism of installation of limits to subscribers and loadings of draft cost of calls of a current period. It will allow to prevent excessive unreasonable communication expenses;
• Not distribute on employees a discount from the total amount of the account for mobile communication.

Interaction with programs 1C: Enterprise

"The account analyzer" provides information exchange with the accounting systems of 1C: "1C: Payroll and Personnel 7.7", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", "1C: Accounting 7.7", "1C: Enterprise Accounting 8". The external processing on data exchange is intended for each configuration of 1C. Processing is started from the program of 1C started in the 1C: Enterprise mode.

The Account Analyzer program is the independent program, the program runtime does not require 1C: Enterprise platform. The standard solution is protected, the code of the program is closed for change by the user.

Account 3.0 analyzer

The 1C-Rarus company announced on June 11, 2013 a release of the new version of software "The account analyzer" 3.0 ^[1] corporate clients Beeline.

In upgraded version significant changes concerned several sections:

Section of compensations

Now clients can use rules of calculation of compensation for the volume of services: for calls - in minutes, for GPRS traffic - in Megabytes, for Sms - in pieces.

There was an opportunity to set rules of action of compensation according to a production calendar taking into account festive and the days off, holidays, business trips and hospital employees. For different categories of personnel and divisions it is possible to create different working schedules: five-day, six-day, replaceable, etc. At the same time it is possible to apply compensation not only to numbers, but also to employees and divisions. Besides, it is possible to set a time threshold of action of compensations – single charges or taking into account the temporary period.

The algorithm of distribution of charges at reuse of the phone number by different employees within one settlement period is changed. The client can make charges separately on each employee who used phone during the specific period. It will be useful, for example, when fixing the phone number to the car, change, etc.

Corporate clients are given an opportunity to compare the draft cost of communication services in a current period to an average monthly limit, to consider a status of balance of the employee on the last periods.

Interface

New opportunities in calculation of compensations were reflected also in the interface of the program. New windows appeared: "Working schedules", "Exceptions in working schedules", new tabs in cards of the Subscriber and Group and many other things.

Transaction journal

In the new version of service "The account analyzer" appeared the Transaction journal allowing to control execution of the main transactions and to perform repeated operations in cases if they were not performed. For example, if mailing was interrupted by e-mail, it can be continued and sent letters to those employees who did not get them yet.

2014: The analyzer of the account is certified on compatibility with complex 1C

On March 20, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced obtaining the certificate "Compatibly! System of programs 1C: Enterprise" solution "Account Analyzer".

1C Company appropriated the certificate of compatibility to the solution of 1C-Rarus company - "The account analyzer". Certification confirms compliance of a product to the high quality standards of programs of 1C, guarantees simplicity of data exchange with programs on the 1C: Enterprise platform.
