Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" optimized payroll accounting and work with personnel in Alsou LLP implementation of software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 for Kazakhstan", the press service of the contractor reported on June 11, 2013.

Processes of preparation of reports, data collection and processing about financial and economic organization activity were inefficient. It is a lot of time and forces the personnel spent for reconciliation and approval of data, filling of report forms.
For the purpose of business process optimization, improvement of dynamics of work of the enterprise, the management made the decision on implementation of the specialized systems for automatic execution of key transactions of accounting and management.
1C specialists acted as contractors of the project : The first BIT. It is offered to customer to purchase a set of solutions for accounting, personnel and trade needs. In its structure: "Management of trade enterprise for Kazakhstan", "1C: Accounting 8 for Kazakhstan", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 for Kazakhstan", "1C: Trade Management 8 for Kazakhstan".
Installation
Works took a little more than a month. Business processes are optimized:
- Purchases and vendor relationship management;
- Personnel management and personnel records, sales management, logistics and transport (settlement with buyers, wholesale, order placement of buyers, retail, sales accounting of Inventories, formation of the diagram of receipt of payments, management of warehouse stocks);
- Accounting according to the international and national standards;
- Accounting according to national standards of Kazakhstan;
- Finance, management accounting, monitoring of indicators;
- Accounting is accounting, tax, budget, including the regulated reporting.
Result
10 jobs are automated. Indicators are improved:
- the efficiency of interaction between divisions increased by 15%;
- the efficiency of the goods delivery from a warehouse increased by 10%. Managers got data access about existence of goods in a warehouse and a possibility of information exchange;
- time for reporting was reduced by 20%;
- reporting speed on personnel structure and other regulated reporting under the personnel increased by 7%.
