Russian Fitness Group optimizes work of division of IT

The Russian Fitness Group company implemented the OmniTracker IT platform for optimization of work of division of IT and optimization of a personnel management system, the Omninet company reported on June 14, 2013.

Result

As a result of implementation of the OmniTracker platform the management of Russian Fitness Group had an opportunity to carry out the actual assessment of functionality of IT department owing to what the decision on need of optimization of labor costs with the subsequent restructuring of department was made. Thus, the new software allowed to build work of department taking into account optimum allocation of load of employees and, as a result, to cut down expenses.

On installation and deployment of the platform about 4 months left. Implementation is provided at the expense of the specialized project solution CleverEngine developed by Cleverics company and functioning on the basis of the OmniTracker platform.
