The need to automate as much as possible work of operators appeared from behind a large number of the entering addresses, cards and campaigns became necessary. And also contact center of bank began to work as outsourcing. So there were also other banks which clients will be serviced in contact center of Solidarnost bank.
"The first that we made — performed transition from Infinity 4 to the latest version of Infinity ò. Respectively, created and configured the entering and outgoing campaigns with cards of calls. We were faced by 2 important tasks - it is the entering campaigns for registration and all customer appeals and also the Collection group on call-down of debtors. For bank it was very important to make calls automated, and we solved this problem. Besides, our specialists implemented the system of hot sparing, and now the bank has an opportunity to work with 24/7" — Alexander Sabirov continues.
"The contact center of ""Solidarnost bank performs also function of automatic telephone exchange of all enterprise, the bank is provided in several cities and also has network of partner banks. Before transfer of all telephone system of this big network the Cisco phones were used. The complexity was in instantly to transfer a system to call center of Infinity. Together with technical specialists of bank we worked all nuances and prepared necessary solutions. In the appointed hour the software and necessary files on all phones of bank in the automatic mode was updated at night. In the morning of the next day the updated call center of Infinity continued work as before, neither employees, nor operators of bank even noticed transition to the new version and the new scheme of work" — Alexander Sabirov adds.
Besides, the bank has further plans for development. Namely — integration with bank subsystems and ABS (Avtomatizirovany Banking Systems). The contact center is going to create group of operators who will service clients of other banks. Now future scripts of a talk form and affirm that will allow to make a system universal and to consider all nuances necessary for bank. In addition, specialists of Network Technologies company develop function of conference communication, the call center of Infinity gives such opportunity. In the Samara branch CB Solidarnost the first stage of the organization of the uniform center of telephone customer service implemented on the Infinity platform and the IP PBX of Agathe UX 3410 with the assistance of Network Technologies company is completed, the press service of integrator reported on June 14, 2013.
Background
The main objective of the project - the organization of acceptance and processing of calls of citizens using uniform number 8-800, providing in the shortest possible time of information on services of bank, integration of telephony with an information system of bank, and also in the long term integration of telephony of the Samara branch from the central office exchange in Moscow, by means of modern technologies of a pridacha of a voice for IP.
As a technology platform is selected the complete solution "IP office Agathe-Infinity" as a part of which Sall-center Infinity and IP PBX of Agathe UX 3410.
Supply of equipment and implementation of technologies are complete.
