On June 18, 2013 the press service of the company announced a release of the version of ServiceOptimization 8.1.9, at the same time announcing new tools and intellectual opportunities:

• All information becomes mobile: all information which can be necessary for technicians in work including images, video and data on joint work, is available on their mobile devices.

• Pro-active monitoring and repository of actions: the mechanism of automation of production processes, notifications and processing of data on the basis of the predetermined processes and a business context.

• Intellectual services Butler for mobile devices: the application assistant which predicts and takes the corresponding actions for optimization of working time of the user depending on the current context.

• Reasonable management of groups and certain workers: automatic creation of working schedules of employees, increase in their employment and also function for operational evolution of diagrams taking into account resource and temporary changes.

• The optimized management of schedules of changes and results: the simplified and automated management of workers and overtime, viewing and shift of urgent changes in real time from mobile devices.

2013: Six mobile business applications of ClickSoftware are certified by SAP

On August 27, 2013 ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd company. announced completion of certification of SAP of six mobile business applications. These applications created based on SAP Mobile Platform support the mobile users working in any environment (both online, and offline), offer a set of useful functions and also provide convenient access to IT systems of their companies.

As the participant of the affiliate program of SAP Mobile Apps, during creation of these applications of ClickSoftware used tools and resources of SAP, including the solution for application development of SAP Mobile Platform. Participants of the affiliate program of SAP Mobile Apps get from SAP support at all stage of the project — from development to an application output to the market. At their order — all necessary tools, licenses and resources for creation, promotion and sale of applications through SAP Store.

The affiliate program also provides certification of applications for use with SAP that guarantees their compatibility with corporate IT infrastructure. The certificate authority and integration of SAP (SAP ICC) confirmed that the following six mobile applications of ClickSoftware are compatible to the systems of SAP: Action Items View, Delay Assignment Button, Field Service Package, Google Map View, Related Assignments and Safety Procedure.
