FreyWille optimizes the IP telephony of the company

The ICE Partners company carried out complex integration of the IP telephony system at the 3CX Phone System platform in the Russian representative office of FREYWILLE, the press service of integrator reported on June 18, 2013.

Approaches

Initially at the Moscow office of the customer there was an analog equipment Panasonic KX-TDA30, however over time service lives were exhausted. On installation 3CX the Russian office FREYWILLE several aspects pushed at once:

• permanent growth of the company and the number of employees led to a limit of number of directory numbers.
• the head office FREYWILLE in Austria also uses 3CX Phone System which the Russian branch is given up by a direct SIP trunk now.

As a result, on trunk calls in the company significant savings are reached.
