The Vnukovo Airport integrated transport control system with InformSystems of enterprise management

SpaceTeam holding together with the international airport "Vnukovo" executed integration of a monitoring system and control of transport on the basis of GLONASS with key management systems for the airport and also a geographic information system (GIS), the press service of holding reported on June 20, 2013.

Alexey Gurevich, the Chief information officer of the international airport "Vnukovo", emphasized: "The vehicles and special equipment working at the platform are controlled using GLONASS technologies that, finally, provides not only 100% observance of rules, regulations and standards of security, but also reduces time of land service of aircrafts".

"The key purposes of implementation of GLONASS technologies — effective service of aircrafts, reduction of operating expenses of the airport, optimization of use of vehicles and special equipment on the platform" — Yury Gaylit, the head of department of direct sales of SpaceTeam holding noted.
