The Softline company completed the works in the project of transfer of jobs of Management of informatization of the Penza region to the new version of Microsoft Lync Server 2013, the press service of the company reported on June 20, 2013.
Task
Management was faced by a problem of increase in functionality and qualitative level of external and internal communications. It was required to implement transition from the product Microsoft Lync Server 2010 to Lync 2013. Project implementation was entrusted by Softline companies.
Project
Within the project engineers of the contractor carried out a preparatory stage of works, having selected a way of migration. Specialists of the company develop the solution architecture corresponding to certain tasks and specifics of infrastructure of the customer, the system of virtualization on the Microsoft Hyper-V platform is implemented, works on preparation of a directory service of the Active Directory, installation and the Microsoft Windows Server setup are performed. At the final stage setup of mobile communications of Lync 2013 and testing of the updated system is carried out.
Result
The customer's costs for communication are reduced by the fact of migration, the efficiency and quality of communications of employees increased.
