The Vzaimodeystviye bank automates work of credit department

LLC CB Vzaimodeystviye and R-Style Softlab completed an implementation project of the RS-Retail v systems. 5.5 and RS-Loans v. 5.5, the press service of developer reported on June 24, 2013.

Background

Development of the new business direction was an incitement to making decision on implementation in bank of the software promoting its automation.

As a result of the tender held by credit institution for search of the optimal automation equipment, preference was given to the RS-Retail v systems. 5.5 and RS-Loans v. 5.5.

Stages

The scale of the project promoted its division into several stages, first of which - implementation of customer service on bank cards together with a processing center of Uralsib bank and the system of remote banking applied by bank. Together with it a product row on crediting of individuals was built.

At the second stage business processes of bank as a part of which money transfers of individuals without opening of the account, work with safe deposit boxes, cash services and other transactions are automated.

Result

Implementation is complete and at the beginning of April, 2012 the bank got to work with loan agreements in a new system.

Jakov Hempel, the chief of automation of LLC CB Vzaimodeystviye, noted: "The implemented project turned out economic for bank: implementation of the RS-Retail v systems. 5.5 and RS-Loans v. 5.5 gave to credit institution the chance to get rid of an intermediate back office and investments in its support".
