The Berezniki soda plant prepares for the second stage of implementation of EDMS

The company IT completed the first stage of implementation ECM- a system DIRECTUM on Berezniki soda plant, the press service of integrator reported on June 24, 2013.

For effective development and improving competitiveness the plant implements the different investment and innovation programs including based on modern information technologies.

One of manifestations of such approach - implementation ECM- systems DIRECTUM. A system is corporate, in group "Bashkirian Chemistry". About implementation agreed with the company IT.

Job

The project began with assistance of the working group from the customer into which managers and leading specialists of the plant entered. It is decided - to carry out system implementation in two steps.

Problem of the first stage of automation:

• contractual process (creation, approval and registration of agreements)
• work with orders on primary activity (creations, approval and control of execution)

At a stage of the analysis of business processes of the enterprise it is revealed that each division has the set of routes of approval on all agreement categories and orders. For convenience of work in a system it is important to integrate a large number of various routes in slightly universal.

The model of the solution of business process optimization using which actions of employees at approval of documents are minimized is created.

Within the project training in work in DIRECTUM more than 100 users is provided. Successfully passable rates and flexibly customized system allowed the staff of the enterprise to begin without difficulties use of EDMS from the first days of trial operation.

Result

Effective objectives of the first stage of the project are achieved, the foundation for development is laid EDMS DIRECTUM.

The second stage it is going to automate other business processes, to organize web access to a system for work out of office, to integrate DIRECTUM with a system Galaktika.

I consider that implementation of EDMS well affected activity of society and resulted in coordination in actions of specialists and also to improvement of accounting of documents at the enterprise", − Andrey Kalashnikov, the head of legal department of JSC Berezniki Soda Plant noted.
