In June, 2013 after end of a stage of negotiations with the customer - the Akulchev enterprise, the ELMA company started the main project works of implementation of a BPM system, the press service of integrator reported on June 27, 2013.

Start

With growth of the enterprise also documentation volume grows. This factor causes the decision of the guide of the customer on system implementation of electronic document management. The selected program carried out traditional tasks of EDMS, but could not satisfy other requirement of the developing company – flexible management with business processes.

The managing director Sergey Akulchev started search of a system. ELMA is such system which is more than classical EDMS.

Project

After consideration of all opportunities of ELMA, the CEO of the customer made the decision - to independently implement a system. For June 27, 2013 the company purchased a packet of training courses.

The next stage - practical application of the gained knowledge.

Independent implementation

Sergey Akulchev is the founder and the owner of confectionery company "Akulchev" directs process of system implementation of business process automation at the enterprise, the developer company of the solution reported on September 5, 2013.

He told: "We implement a system independently, thoroughly we study all opportunities for work. Training courses which to us are given by department of implementation of the company ELMA – our main source of knowledge. As we draw all business processes in the program, there is a mass of small questions which to us are explained by implementation specialists. We specially selected a flexible system, but not a shrink-wrapped software product since we understand that there are no universal solutions, without damage of functionality. Process of independent implementation is rather labor-consuming. For example, there is a solution for integration with 1C, but a lot of things should be finished scripts. The project management module lacks functionality, especially in the field of budgeting - it would be desirable to configure communication between risks and tasks, arrival and an expense, deeper integration with Outlook 2010 and 2013. We give all our wishes to developers and implementation specialists. We are answered that a lot of things are implemented in the next versions of a system. In general, there is a wish to thank the staff of the company for the help and efficiency. My expectations as head come down to that a system helped to do all work quicker, releasing time for family. Besides, I direct the case at distance therefore a possibility of mobile management for me one of the main. In general, I am happy with the choice and service of the company. A system is dynamic, clear to the ordinary user. Navigation is built rather competently inside that creates a possibility of intuitive work. Actually so far to speak about larger results early as implementation will last 3-4 more months plus process of final adaptation of employees".
