Akulchev LLC was created in 1995. Today it is a stable, dynamically developing enterprise aimed at the future.

The assortment range of products has a large number of names. Many types of various cookies are produced. The development of formulations and production technology was carried out by talented process engineers together with HAAS specialists.

History

LLC "Akulchev" (the original name "A1") was created in 1995 and until 2002 was engaged in the production and sale of bakery products in Naberezhnye Chelny.

In 2002, the owner of the company, Sergei Akulchev, decided to leave the bakery market and redesign production to produce confectionery products.

In 2004, he began to produce soft waffles, and in 2006, new products appeared in the product line: krembles (waffle cookies) and crisps (waffle chips).

The company produces more than 14 types of cookies, kremblas, crispas and 11 types of soft waffles. The exclusive project is "Crambles" (waffle cookies) and "Crisps" (waffle chips).

2025: Purchase of Kolos Cookie Factory

The Akulchev company acquired the Kolos confectionery factory in Chelyabinsk, having received a 95% stake in the enterprise since the beginning of November 2025. This was announced by Unicorn Capital, which acted as an adviser to the deal on December 16, 2025. Read more here.
