The Ministry of Finance of Khabarovsk Krai creates an information and analytical system of financial control

In the Ministry of Finance of Khabarovsk Krai the next stage of creation of a uniform information and analytical system of the state and municipal financial control on the platform of the software package "Revizor-KS" is completed, the company integrator reported on June 27, 2013.

For the purpose of application of uniform requirements when planning, carrying out and implementation of control actions, jobs of the software package "Revizor-KS" are set in the Ministry of Finance, at the main managers of budgetary funds, chief managers of budget deficit financing sources and at other participants have systems of financial control of edge.

Aleksandra Kim, the consultant of inspection department of branches of the economy and the state control of management of financial control and state supervision of the Ministry of Finance of Khabarovsk Krai, told: "Creation of a common information space of control and auditing activity of executive authorities and control bodies of municipal entities of Khabarovsk Krai on the basis of the Revizor-KS PC will allow to the right degree:

• coordinate activity of control bodies regarding planning of control actions and reporting;
• keep complex account of an examination and administrative practice in uniform base across the territory of the region - from planning to the reporting, the analysis and control of taking measures of coercion to violators of the budget legislation;
• to quickly prepare summary analytical and statistical reporting;
• perform operational monitoring and efficiency evaluation of activity of control bodies and its results in the territory of the region.

Implementation of the tasks, in turn, will promote increase in efficiency and quality of management of budgetary funds".

Sergey Vasilyev, the Head of Department of financial control of Keysystems company, emphasized: "It is important to note that according to one of the basic principles of control activity – publicity – the created system is integrated with a regional management portal public finance of Khabarovsk Krai. Data from the Revizor-KS PC are published on the portal online that allows to do the mechanism of implementation of control activity open and transparent".

Result

19 executive authorities and all 19 control bodies of municipal entities are connected to a single system.
