Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project on optimization of activity at the enterprise belonging to Lunina T. P. SP by means of the 1C: Accounting 8 software product, the press service of the company reported on June 28, 2013.

The management of the enterprise needs transparency of reporting data and decrease in labor costs of the accountant, the decision on replacement of the software on more modern and functional is therefore made.

A choice was made in advantage "1C: Accounting 8" of PROF version. Contractors of the project specialists of the company " acted as 1C: The first BIT", they performed installation and setup of the program, provided user training. All data of legacy system are transferred to new base.

Results

• Possibilities of accounting extended. The program is constructed in such a way that each record is fixed on accounts of accounting, and at the same time can be used for other types of accounting. Users can independently configure an accounting technique according to the account policy admitted to the companies, input of individual sub-accounts and parameters of analytical accounting is resolved.

• Dynamics of interaction between divisions improved. The functionality of a system assumes that specialists of other divisions of the company can also receive and enter necessary data. It increased the speed of receiving and approval of information, control of execution of tasks.

• There was an efficient instrument of effective resource allocation. In the program it is possible to keep lot-based, quantitative and amount-based account, accounting on batches, accounting of trade operations, and transactions with money. Function of cost accounting of products and services allows to set competitive prices.

• The quality of the created documents increased. Tax risks decreased. The business and tax accounting systems implemented in 1C: Accounting 8 completely correspond to the relevant legislation of the Russian Federation.
