The international airport Sheremetyevo and IT company announced on July 2, 2013 implementation of an automated system of sound informing passengers.
Expectations
A system will provide qualitatively new level of voice informing passengers in six languages.
For July 2, 2013 the automated system of sound informing (ASSI) is implemented in four terminals of the airport (C, D, E and F) also provides broadcasting in the Russian, English and Kazakh languages depending on a run destination point.
System implementation in full will allow to perform voice informing passengers and staff of the airport in six languages: about registration passing, landing and issue of baggage, changes in the schedule, take-off and landing of aircrafts, departure of the trains "Aeroexpress" and shuttle buses and the offered services. The automated system is of particular importance when informing passengers in crisis situations. A system duplicates all sound messages the text which is displayed on monitors at the airport that allows passengers to obtain necessary data with restrictions on hearing.
The solution of IT company has high degree of reliability, works in the round-the-clock mode, has reserve power capabilities which allow to provide uninterrupted voice informing the people who are present at the airport building.
Implementation of an automated system of voice informing allows to optimize production and human resources of the airport. Now at Sheremetyevo Airport in day about 3.5 thousand voice messages are given.
