This project became the first stage on the way of strategy implementation in creation of a common information space of VBH group in the region of the CIS. In line in the current year implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX in VBH company in Belarus.

To all beginning

As the initiator of the project of complex automation of business the head company VBH in Germany – management acted, being in great need in consolidation of management of indicators and unification of processes, made the decision on creation of the unified information system for the companies of concern in the region of the CIS.

As the tool for the solution of an assigned task selected the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform. Integral part of strategy of concern - creation of single solution which is possible for unrolling in all representative offices of VBH in the CIS where the companies of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan enter. In Russia the concern is provided to FAUBEKHA LLC in St. Petersburg and FAUBEKHA-SIB LLC in the Siberian region.

Development goes forward

The pilot project is decided to be carried out in St. Petersburg, to FAUBEKHA LLC, the largest company VBH in the CIS. The company at that time worked ^[1] with the version of the Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0 system ^[2] that promoted existence in FAUBEKHA LLC of the developed business processes. It also became the main selection term of the company from St. Petersburg as the pioneer. Besides, implementation in FAUBEKHA LLC allowed "roll" a system in the company with the large volume of sales and a branch network in different regions of the country at once.

CORUS Consulting Group which underwent strict selection in head office in Germany, the Russian division and branches in the CIS became the contractor for implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX in all companies VBH of the CIS.

Operation of a system is begun by the customer on March 1, 2013. In the solution created for the company are considered how specifics of business processes of the companies of concern in the CIS, and features of the Russian business.

As a result of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX, in FAUBEKHA LLC end-to-end accounting of all logistic and financial processes is implemented. In a system automated management of sales, the range, purchases (including at foreign suppliers), a warehouse (including a structural warehouse), movement from the distribution center to branches, management of transport logistics. Automation managerial, financial and accounting, including the unified reporting under standards of head company VBH in Germany was carried out.

The solution on management of a warehouse applied before in the Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0 system complicated joint work of sales departments and an inventory control because of differences in analytics of storage in a warehouse and analytics of implementation on sales.
