The city administration Gubkin prepares the system of on-line charges of payment of housing and communal services for the population

The BARS GROUP company started implementation of automated information system "BARS. The housing and public utilities-billing Center" in the city of Gubkin, the press service of the company reported on July 3, 2013.

Expectations

The solution is intended for calculation of charges for payment of housing and communal services online. A system will service 30.5 thousand personal accounts.

Implementation "BARS. The housing and public utilities-billing Center" will provide quality improvement of work of settlement centers and management companies of the city of Gubkin by means of complex automation of all processes connected with charges and payments for housing and communal services.

Specific Features:

• calculation of cost of housing and communal services and recalculation of charges for the last periods (at the same time all changes of the entering data are considered);

• formation and printing of monthly receipts on payment of housing and communal services (several types of accounts are provided in a system: on debt repayment, payment forward, etc.), calculation of a penalty fee for debts;

• reduction of the amount of a payment when providing housing and communal services of inadequate quality or with breaks;

• acceptance and accounting of payments of the population (the amounts are distributed on services of specific suppliers by personal accounts; maintaining balance of personal accounts and balance on transfers to suppliers of housing and communal services).
