Opttorglayn automates accounting according to standards of the Russian legislation

The 1C-Rarus integrator automated conducting accounting and tax accounting in Opttorglayn company system implementation "1C: Accounting 8", the press service reported on July 3, 2013.

Acceptance

The management Opttorglayn made the decision on creation of an information system for conducting accounting and tax accounting according to standards of the Russian legislation. The 1C: Accounting 8 software product on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform satisfied requests of the company. The 1C-Rarus company became the partner in automation.

Job

Specialists of the contractor executed installation of a system in 6 workplaces, configured data exchange with the 1C: Trade Management program used in the company.

The created system helped the trading company to automate the following types of accounting:

• money;
• fixed assets and intangible assets;
• inventory items;
• transactions of receipt and implementation;
• VAT;
• accounting of products.

Result

As a result of project completion of automation in the trading company the quantity of errors at manual entry of information was reduced, conducting accounting and tax accounting is improved, the transparency of reflection of financial activities of the company is provided.
