De Novo (Intalev: Corporate management)

In the De Novo company (Ukraine) specializing in delivery of professional IT services the project on setting and automation of managerial accounting is completed. The project is implemented by the Ukrainian office of Intalev group (file). The project started in September, 2008. Integration "Intalev was one of the key moments in creation of a system: Corporate management" with Microsoft Project Server. In the Microsoft Project system information on all projects which are implemented by the company and also about all labor resources in projects is kept. By import from Project Server this information is used in management accounting. Integration allows to avoid double entry of data and the errors connected with it and also to increase efficiency of data acquisition of managerial accounting.

According to Dmitry Kalinin, the project manager from the customer, the project allowed to receive the modern flexible and operational system of management accounting which as much as possible considers features of business of the company.
