LANIT-SOUTH company together with Administration of Krasnodar and the telecom operator Rostelecom transferred a number of public services of municipal level to an electronic form, the press service of integrator reported on July 17, 2013.
Result
Residents of Krasnodar, without leaving the house, can register the child and register in queue in his transfer in kindergarten, send a request in management on social problems, for consultation about consumer protection, receive the statement in electronic form from the register of municipal property. All this is available in the section "Electronic services" of the web portal of municipality.
Georgy Antoniadi, the head of department of information and communication technologies and communications of city administration of Krasnodar, noted: "The list of fixed functions of the portal constantly extends. For example, it is possible to receive data on a status of the personal personal account in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation or to submit the application for obtaining the international passport of new generation, having filled a form on the portal. In the future we are going to transfer all services provided by city administration to an electronic form. It will save time of inhabitants and will increase efficiency of government employees".
The director of the department of complex projects of LANIT company Victor Serebryakov, emphasized: "An end consumer of transfer of state services to an electronic form and automation of state institutions, undoubtedly, are normal citizens. For them the state should be clear and available. Krasnodar moves to a new level of providing state services and in it, of course, a big merit of administration. Besides, the IT companies participate in this process. The quality and efficiency of solutions depends on them".
"It is unique experience for Krasnodar. The project of transfer of state services of municipal level to an electronic form was executed in the region for the first time. Except development of forms for the portal, our specialists automated process of registration and processing of petitions from citizens in departments. Thanks to it, it is possible to keep calls accounting of citizens irrespective of the fact which in the way the resident addressed for service: by means of the uniform portal of state services, through the multifunction center or came to department personally. It allows to optimize work of departments, to make process of rendering services clear and transparent for the management and residents of Krasnodar", - Alexey Berdnikov, the CEO told LANIT-SOUTH.
