Biography

Chetiy Vladimir Vladislavovich, born in 1976, Rustavi, Georgian SSR, citizen of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the World Association of Graduates of Higher Educational Institutions of the Russian Federation (USSR).

He entered the University in September 1993.

• in 2000 he graduated from the agrarian faculty of RUDN University with a degree in Zootekhnia,
• Graduated from RUDN University Faculty of Law with a degree in Jurisprudence (International Law) in 2006.
• In 2007-2011 he studied at the graduate school (applicant) of the Department of Ontology and Theory of Knowledge of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

From January 2001 to October 2011 he worked as Art. teacher of the Department of Student Relations. In the period 2001-2008 - as a senior teacher - educator; from December 1, 2008 to October 2, 2011 - as a tutor for educational work).

He was a member of the precinct election commissions of the Moscow City Duma on December 4, 2005, the State Duma of the Russian Federation on November 10, 2007 and deputy chairman of the precinct election commissions of the presidential elections on March 2, 2008.

From 2004-2008, Chetiy V.V. was the head of the sector for working with student, organizations and students from South and Southeast Asia. From December 2008 to October 2011, Chetiy V.V. was the head of the Sector for working with student organizations and students from Europe, the CIS states and regions of the Russian Federation. At the same time, from December 2007 to October 2011, Chetiy V.V. was the chairman of the Student Council of the University.

From October 2011 to October 2015, he worked as Head of the RUDN Graduate Department.

Chetiy V.V. had extensive experience working with a foreign contingent, regional and earthen organizations of students from foreign countries, associations of students from the regions of the Russian Federation. He carried out a lot of organizational and methodological work and educational work with students, paid a lot of effort and attention to the development of student government at the University, new forms of educational and cultural and mass work with students and graduates.
