Transstroymekhanizatsiya creates a corporate system on the 1C Platform

Transstroymekhanizatsiya LLC and 1C-Rarus company are going to create a corporate system and to unify business processes in all divisions and branches of the company on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, the press service of integrator reported on July 17, 2013.

Understanding

"In the last two years business quickly grew. There were many new construction objects, the staff of the company and its production capacities increased twice. Besides, the geographically-distributed structure of our construction objects strongly grew. Developing such rates, we understood, it is how important to unify and consolidate all business processes in the company, to quickly obtain reliable information about its work", - Tatyana Belyaevskova, the Deputy General Manager for Economics and to finance of Transstroymekhanizatsiya company noted.

"We needed to create such information system in which 200 employees from 25 mobile plants and 26 remote divisions can work quickly and conveniently at once. We selected the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for its reliability, excellent opportunities for scaling, high performance and fault tolerance", - Ivan Filimonov, the head of group on automation of accounting of Transstroymekhanizatsiya company told.

Expectations

Using an information system it is going to manage supply, auxiliary and construction production, treasury, budgeting, work of motor transport. A system will allow to prepare the reporting under IFRS, to keep accounting and tax accounting, to manage the personnel structure of the company, to calculate the salary.
