"InCoSol: The management system for obligations" is intended for solving of tasks of management of obligations of large enterprises and holdings. The product is of interest to the companies which aim at optimization of financial management, increase in management efficiency on budgets and agreements.

"We managed to generalize long-term consulting and avtomatizatsionny experiment on creation of the systems of treasury for large holdings. And based on it to create a simple drawing product which can be implemented at the enterprise during few weeks. What is important, the price of "box" is comparable with working costs of two programmers in one month, and it is difficult to revaluate economic effects of implementation of this solution", - Sergey Lvov, the managing partner of InCoSol Group noted.

  • contract management process automation (approval of agreements, correction of conditions, closing of agreements, their control on compliance to limits of budgets, formalization of conditions of emergence of agreement obligations, work with internal agreements of groups and multi-lateral agreements);
  • process automation of management of obligations (formation and accounting of diagrams of payment and not payment obligations under agreements, confirmation of the fact of obligation fulfillment, control of obligations on compliance to limits of budgets);
  • process automation of management of means of payment (registration and adjustment of requests for means of payment, formation of the payment schedule and the forecast of cash gaps, approval of registers of payments, formation of payment documents on the approved payments, accounting of the actual payments by agreements and obligations);
  • process automation of approval of documents in a system;
  • storage of document files in a system;
  • data analysis on the automated business processes.

The product is developed using functionality of 1C:Subsystems Library 8, protected by an USB key and is not completely configured - there are protected software modules unavailable to change by the user.
