1C: Electronic Documents Library

1C: Electronic Documents Library 8.2 provides exchange of electronic documents in the application solutions developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform.

1C: Electronic Documents Library 8.2 is the special configuration intended for embedding of functionality of exchange of electronic documents in the different application solutions developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform.

After integration of 1C: Electronic Documents Library 8.2 into the application solution users of the application solution will be able to refuse in parts or in full exchange with partners of documents in paper form and to pass to exchange of electronic documents that will allow:

• accelerate process of a design and document handling in the companies;
• reduce manual entry and reduce quantity of errors on the host party;
• reduce costs for supplies and delivery services of correspondence.

At exchange of electronic documents the electronic digital signature is used. It gives to electronic documents the legal importance and allows participants of exchange to refuse duplication of information on paper carriers, including to exchange electronic invoices according to the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of 4/25/2011 No. 50n within the solution of 1C Taxcom, for more details see information letter No. 15101 of 5/4/2012.

All necessary for exchange of electronic documents is built in interfaces of application solutions, usual for users. The library supports work with the configurations working in the managed and normal modes.
