The Citeck company completed the first stage of works on implementation of EDMS "Citeck iDocs" on the Alfresco platform for Orange Business Services
The Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) created on the Alfresco platform allowed to automate contractual relations with suppliers of the company.
In particular, within the first stage the functionality "the Register of Contract Documents" thanks to which the company can keep full account of agreements of different types and formats was developed, including to enter and systematize information, to monitor approval and introduction of amendments to agreements of suppliers of the company.
At the same time convenient search, possibilities of filtering and sorting do processing of agreements fast and effective.
Besides, this electronic document management system (EDMS) allows to organize joint work over documents to several users within the set roles and access rights.
Implementation of "the Register of Contract Documents" allowed the company to lower time expenditure on document handling, so to bring contractual relations with suppliers to the new, better level of development.
