"BARS. Rural Economy Subsidizing" - the information and analytical system, is intended for automation of providing the public services connected with subsidizing of citizens and agricultural producers in agro-industrial complex.

Work in a system completely corresponds to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 2/4/2009 No. 90 "About distribution and granting subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation on compensation of a part of costs for interest payment on the credits obtained in the Russian credit institutions and the loans obtained in agricultural credit consumer cooperatives".

Description

"BARS. The rural Economy Subsidizing" allows executive authorities to perform process of providing subsidies automatically online. Saving participants of process from routine scrupulous work, a system allows to make the summary reports necessary for heads of executive authorities, for obtaining operational information. Using a system providing the public services accompanying activities for providing subsidies is provided.

A system helps to create the uniform centralized database with the list of receivers of subsidies, loan agreements and also documents of the agricultural producers and citizens necessary for providing subsidies.

"BARS. The rural Economy Subsidizing" helps to create the history of subsidizing of the certain borrower: since date of loan granting (loan) and transfer to it the first subsidy, and finishing with complete loan repayment by the borrower.

A system provides control of an adherence to deadlines of verification of documentation at each stage of check.
