In e-government systems it is going to implement geospatial to a component. Works will be performed jointly by the engineering and technology center "SCANEX" and BARS Group which in September, 2012 signed the agreement on cooperation.

"We agreed about cooperation in a scope of geospatial technologies and data, including materials of satellite shooting of Earth, in information management systems for public sector. The industries in which we are going to work different — from housing and public utilities to agriculture" — the head of complex projects of ITTs "SCANEX" Ilya Farutin noted.

According to Vladimir Solovyov, the director of business center "BARS. Medicine" BARS Group companies, cooperation with ITTs "SCANEX" should provide important social results: "In modern technologies of branch management, especially at the level of the region, even more often there is a requirement of cartographic information representation. But data in the state systems usually have the address, but not the longitude and width. Joint projects with ITTs "SCANEX" will give the chance to look in a new way at statistical data in the field of health care. Only imagine display of incidence of the region on the card, with classification by types of diseases, quantity and age structure of addresses, selection of the centers of infectious diseases, etc. It will be the beginning of a new stage of upgrade of health sector, we work in the socially important sphere where the efficiency in decision making allows to save the most valuable — human lives".

Partnership of two companies opens particular advantages for informatization of agriculture what Rushan Ibragimov, the director of business center "Municipal Management and Agriculture" of BARS Group company told about.

"For us partnership from SCANEX is a development of the project on creation of the situational center in agro-industrial complex which technology basis is the software package "BARS. Agriculture". Accounting of agricultural grounds and agrochemical monitoring are implemented on the basis of geospatial data binding. Integration into GIS systems allows not only to store data with a binding to geographical coordinates of the area, to display data on fields, but also to use process charts, to receive the solution for agrochemical monitoring of zemleugodiya, and also a possibility of unloading of the data obtained by different satellites with which SCANEX works, at spectrum analysis of sections. Thus, receiving the instrument of collecting and the analysis about the cultivated cultures, about the level of an agrochemical status of sections in the territory of the Russian Federation, our clients will be able to plan a harvest of the different cultivated cultures and cost efficiency of each area at the regional level", - Ibragimov noted.
