The center of education School of health No. 2005 implements technologies of automation of accounting

The 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program employees implemented 1C-Rarus in the center of education School of health, the press service of integrator reported on July 26, 2013.

Start of Project

For monitoring of the movement of appliances and the organization of all business processes in a single system the management of School of health decided to carry out automation. For project implementation invited specialists of 1C-Rarus company. After consultation selected the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 software product developed taking into account specifics of work of the public and municipal authorities.

Choice parameters

• Accounting of financial and non-financial assets;
• Conducting settlings with suppliers, contractors and advance holders on the issued advance payments;
• Calculation of the VAT, invoices;
• Calculations for income;
• Authorization of expenses of budgets;
• Implementation of electronic document management with credit institutions, financial bodies, bodies of Federal Treasury;
• Automatic formation of primary documents, bookkeeping registers and the regulated reporting.

Project Results

The information system helped the management of education center to organize all business processes in one system, to use possibilities of maintaining more than 12 types of accounting. With implementation of "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" at School of health the quality of accounting increased, data acquisition process is optimized, effective financial control is exercised.
