Management on ensuring activity of magistrates of the Tyumen region completed the project of a system of archiving of data

The corporation ELAR completed the project on creation of a system of electronic archive of world justice on a basis ECM- platforms SAPERION in the Tyumen region for Managements on ensuring activity of magistrates in the Tyumen region, the press service of the company reported on August 1, 2013.

Project implementation result

Transfer to an electronic form of affairs and placement their uniform archive ensures their safety, the invariance and online access, and existence of full-text search – additional opportunities at synthesis of judicial practice. The system of electronic archive of world justice covers 27 sections of magistrates of the city of Tyumen and 35 sections located in the territory of the area. The central storage is unrolled in Management on ensuring activity of magistrates in the Tyumen region.

System basis - ECM- the platform SAPERION, on its basis the storage is created, search and providing authorized access to electronic copies of affairs, interaction and collection of information from sections of magistrates, integration with the system of legal proceedings "AMIRS", the system of audiorecording of court sessions Themis are organized.

Result of system implementation of electronic archive:

• storage of electronic copies of all considered cases in the uniform protected storage,
• online access and full-text search.

On October 8, 2013 ELAR corporation announced project completion on creation of a system of electronic archive of world justice of the Tyumen region.

On 64 sections of magistrates scanning of all considered cases is carried out. In the system of electronic archive more than 300 users are registered. 34 information booths provide authorized access of the parties to materials of affairs. Audioprotocols of court sessions are placed in electronic archive.

In one virtual area network (VPN) there are 64 sections of magistrates and electronic storage on the platform ECM- systems SAPERION. Data exchange between sections and storage is implemented on open communication links by means of software ViPNet (GOST). Total length of communication channels between the Central storage and sections of nearly 3 thousand kilometers.
