Andrey Revkov was born in Kemerovo in 1974. In 1996 graduated from the Kemerovo state technical university. Worked in such companies as Coca-Cola and Nestle. In 2007 headed MTS branch in Krasnoyarsk Krai. From December, 2007 to February, 2010 directed the macroregion of MTS Ural. In 2010 it is appointed the head of the macroregion of MTS Volga region, was engaged in business development of the company. In July, 2013 Andrey Revkov is appointed to a post of the chief executive of NVision Group.
In December, 2013 the top manager of NVision Group Andrey Revkov became the deputy governor and the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Voronezh region. During selection he bypassed other candidate – the president of Fund of assistance to investments of A.S. Popova Evgenia Yurchenko[1].
The procedure of the choice of the deputy governor was not tender, emphasize in the government of the region. According to the charter of the Voronezh region, the governor himself creates the government and appoints deputies in coordination with the Voronezh region duma. More than 200 candidates applied for participation in selection. At the same time only 17 people submitted a complete document package within the stipulated term, necessary for participation in selection procedures. All of them passed on December 16 test for knowledge of regulations of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the federal legislation, Russian and existence of elementary skills of work with the computer.
