Project Tasks The reliable, flexible warehouse management system, with wide functionality and the put opportunities for scaling of a system taking into account business development was required. After system implementation on RTs, it is going to replicate the solution on other warehouses of the company.

Project Steps The project was implemented in full accordance with Manhattan Associates implementation methodology. Personnel training is provided that will allow VVP Group to perform independent support and development of a system.

Project Effect During the project the scheme of transfer of goods on a new warehouse was developed, moving is performed, address storage is organized. Besides all processes connected with warehouse processing of mobile phones, accessories to them and also YOTA devices are automated. Automation included including such specific processes as stream scanning of IMEI for reconciliation with the data transferred by the supplier. Specific requirements at storage of phones (accounting of serial numbers, high price of an error – incorrectly shipped a pallet of phones very expensive case, several parallel sales channels and shipment processes).
