The Department of Rospotrebnadzor for Tula region is processed by document flow in the CASE system, the SoftExpert company integrator - the participant in the project for development of the solution, reported on August 6, 2013.

Project Background

The Department of the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare for Tula region works in an electronic document management system "CASE" since 2011. Means of a system automate accounting of incoming documents and also specific processes of document flow of Management – consideration of citizens' appeals and registration of regulating documents about conducting checks.

Specifics of document flow of the organization – need of strict accounting and control of execution of citizens' appeals. Operational consideration of addresses – the most important section of work of Management which was required to be automated first of all.

Project Progress

The project is kept by SoftExpert company. The CASE system on section of consideration of citizens' appeals allows to fix all information on the address, to adjust control of its consideration and also simplifies formation of the obligatory analytical reporting. Within the first stage accounting of incoming documents is configured.

Specialized report forms are developed for conducting analytical work as specialists of SoftExpert company. On the basis of information on the address of the citizen and on results of consideration of each specific address entered into the CASE system the analytical report form which is displaid in the MS Excel forms. Sheets for filling of the data arriving from Territorial Departments of Tula region on the basis of which on the last sheet the summary report across Tula region automatically forms are provided in the book form.

The second stage of system implementation is begun in 2012: document registration on primary activity of management – orders about conducting checks is conducted. In this direction the report reflecting the complete information about the carried-out scheduled and unscheduled inspections of the organizations and enterprises is also developed.

At the second stage the chief of the department, the chief state health officer across Tula region was connected to work in a system. For automation of work of the head the subsystem "The head's portfolio" for iPAD purchased and configured that allowed to organize a modern mobile workplace for online access to EDMS. Deputy managers also became participants of the workflow system – they work through the subsystem "DELO-Web".
