Bars Motors implements technology of automation of accounting

Using the software product "Alpha Car: Car service + Auto parts" specialists 1C-Rarus automated accounting in BARS Motors technical center, the press service of integrator reported on August 6, 2013.

Start of Project

Bars Motors was required the modern software product capable to automate all main business processes of the company, accounting, having a broad spectrum of analytical opportunities. Having studied the different programs presented at the market, the management of technical center stopped the choice on the solution "the Alpha Car: Car service + Auto parts". 1C-Rarus, the developer of the program, became the partner in automation.

Project Results

The system created using "the Alpha Car: The car service + Auto parts", provides:

• Uniform card file of vehicles, storage of original VIN number;
• Search of clients in different data: VIN, state. number of the car, Full Name, etc.;
• Regulation of time of works on models and complete sets of cars;
• Opportunity for work of managers only with the clients;
• Tracking of efficiency of works of managers;
• Tracking of a status of the order of spare parts;
• The notification of managers on receipt of the nomenclature by request of the buyer;
• Registration of the missed demand;
• Possibility of prohibition of the sales performed below cost;
• Support of several price lists of suppliers;
• Storage of stories of all clients.

The program allows to plan working resources that increases efficiency and labor productivity, customer service quality and helps to avoid queues at acceptance of cars on repair.
