Main Power Networks of the Center implements a complex of management and monitoring of the systems of protection and automatic equipment of substation Sputnik

The RTSoft company took part in the large-scale project of complex reconstruction of substation of 220 kV Sputnik of FGC UES branch (enters into Rosseti company) — Main Power Networks of the Center, implementation of the Smart-SPRECON software and hardware complex (SHC), the press service of the company integrator reported on August 5, 2013. An object is put into operation on July 26, 2013 in the city of Kaluga.

Project Progress

During the project on modernization of PS "Sputnik" physically and obsolete substation replaced the modern power facility equipped with the latest hi-tech equipment which conforms to strict requirements of international standards.

Within modernization of substation (PS) of 220 kV created Sputnik, RTSoft and implemented the automated process control system on PS. A system is performed on the basis of the Smart-SPRECON software and hardware complex (SHC) of own development of RTSoft.

The main functionality of a complex is focused on collection of information from a power equipment, measurements and implementation of real-time control. Besides, PTK performs monitoring of the RZA systems, antiabnormal and all-substation systems.

Introduction of PTK Smart-SPRECON to work of PS "Sputnik" increased the level of knowledge of personnel, convenience of management of substation.
