PTK SMART-SPRECON - the Smart-SPRECON software and hardware complex (SHC) - joint development of RTSoft Ltd and the Austrian company Sprecher Automation.

Description

PTK Smart-SPRECON is the modern solution with the developed functionality which is a reference platform for creation of automation systems of power facilities of different level, in particular:

• The PCS for substations of different classes of tension;
• ACS of an electric part of power plants;
• ASUTP/SSPI for substations;
• multifunction SSPI of different function;
• the specialized systems / subsystems of automation for power facilities.

Main Functions

• Collecting and processing of analog and discrete information on operation modes of PS and the taking place events.
• Control of the current mode and status of the main scheme PS from an automated workplace of personnel.
• Precautionary and alarm signaling.
• Automated management of switching devices.
• Control of a current status of electric equipment (diagnostics).
• Registration of emergency situations.
• Maintaining archives and providing reports.
• The automated workplace organization of a releyshchik with access functions to RZA devices, the analysis of abnormal processes, oscillograms and action of protection.
• Technical electricity metering.
• Quality control of the electric power.
• Information exchange with the ASDU higher levels.

Additions

Multifunction SPRECON-E-C controllers, the multifunction measuring transducers MIP-02 of production of RTSoft, SCADA system for Sprecon-V460 power facilities are a part of PTK Smart-SPRECON. All components meet the requirements of IEC standard 61850.

History

2017: Certification for requirements of Rosseti and FGC UES

The Smart-Sprecon Software and Hardware Complex (SHC) of production RTSoft in September, 2017 passed evaluation tests on compliance to requirements to the companies "Rosseti" and FGC UES. The equipment is intended for creation APCS and the systems of collecting and information transfer (SSPI) of power facilities.

According to the results of tests the conclusion of certifying commission about compliance of PTK Smart-Sprecon of production to technical requirements of Rosseti with the recommendation of application as the APCS and SSPI systems on substations with the highest level of tension to 750 kV was issued on September 19, 2017.

During certification the commission noted high technical characteristics of the Smart-Sprecon software and hardware complex and professionalism of staff of RTSoft company.

Tests took place at specially created stand including more than 130 intelligent devices of different producers, including RTSoft, Sprecher Automation, Siemens, NPP Bresler, Relematika, "EKRA", ABB, GE, Eberle, Ruggedcom, Hirschmann, Symanitron, ITs "Energoservice" and others. Integration of RZA and APCS devices was executed according to IEC standard 61850 under the MMS and GOOSE protocols.
