Automated information system of complex monitoring Preschool education

Tasks

• the operational analysis of activity of the sphere of preschool education in the region;
• monitoring of implementation of a pilot project "Providing benefits to the families having children aged from 1.5 up to 5 years which are not visiting preschool educational institutions".

The automated processes

• creation and maintenance in current status of the register of children up to 7 years living in the territory of the municipal entity;
• monitoring of queue on places in preschool institutions, preparation of reports for the Ministry of Education;
• the automated formation on the basis of the electronic lists of children from 1.5 to 5 years receiving benefit given the register.

Systems capabilities

• maintaining the list of applications for a benefit and into place in preschool institution, including given parents to the Internet via the Formation of Web 2.0 portal. (providing public services in electronic form);
• maintaining list of applicants (register of parents);
• maintaining the list of children of preschool age with control of uniqueness (the register of children);
• distribution – the universal mechanism of transfer of children from group in group of preschool educational institution and also transfer of children in preschool educational institution according to statements;
• maintaining reference books of kindergartens, groups of all kindergartens;
• formation on the basis of the electronic lists of children from 1.5 to 5 years receiving benefit given the register;
• report generation about results and indicators of project implementation.
