For August 9, 2013 works as the director of the department of outsourcing of service division of I-Teco. Since 2012 directed the direction of outsourcing of contact centers of the Servionica (I-Teco Group) company managing contact center of LogiCall. When the contact center became separate business structure, Alexey headed it.
2015: Decision-making methods when choosing between outsourcing and in-house
In the report technology selection terms of the instrument of provision of services and also influence of personal practice of the persons making decisions at choice between outsourcing and development of corporate contact center were analyzed. The speaker also submitted the concept of use of "an outsourcing matrix" - one of the most effective tools allowing to estimate possibilities of the application of outsourcing model helping to predict an opportunity and results of use of outsourcing both for customer companies, and for suppliers of such services.
