The RusClimat company started the project of control automation by customer relations (CRM) the software solution "1C:CRM KORP", the press service of the company integrator - the project participant, 1C-Rarus reported on August 13, 2013.
Project Plans
During the project it is going to automate three key business divisions of the customer - "RusClimat Comfort", selling goods of household and commercial purpose, "Termo's RusClimat" - responsible for sales, design and service maintenance of heating systems, water supply, the sewerage and water treatment, "RusClimat of Vent" - sale, design and service maintenance of the systems of the central conditioning and ventilation.
Implementation of project solutions supposes to increase efficiency of activity of all business of the Customer in the field of customer relationship management. It is expected that in a project deliverable risks of low service and loss of clients will be reduced.
Use "1C:CRM KORP" the customer is going to receive not just the tool for creation of directories of territories and clients, but the flexible instrument of customer interaction and the employees helping to manage flexibly tasks and to control works. In plans of the customer - to reduce dependence of business on a human resource, to save all contact history with clients.
