Dwelling TsNIIEP

The central research and design institute of residential and public buildings (JSC TSNIIEP of the dwelling) is founded in 1949.

Institute:

• the author of construction standards of design of residential buildings (Construction Norms and Regulations) during the period from 1960 to 2003;
• developer of standard projects of large-panel apartment houses of three generations of construction 1960 – 2000;
• the general designer of complex building of residential areas in the cities of Togliatti, Naberezhnye Chelny, Novgorod, Ulyanovsk, Khabarovsk, Vladivostok, residential complexes in Skoplje (Yugoslavia), Erdenete and Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia), Santiago (Chile), Kabul (Afghanistan), Isfagane (Iran) and others during the period from 1970 to 1995;
• the author and the developer of the house-building enterprises, production lines, processes and the equipment for production of the prefabricated steel concrete elements created in the USSR from 1960 for 1990 in number of 600 DSK with annual input of houses of 150 mln sq.m;
• the general designer of 13 of 33 towns for the military personnel who returned from Germany in the nineties whose construction foreign companies "Hokhtiv", "Vays and Frightig" (Germany), Samsung, "conducted LG Konstrashen" South Korea, Enka, Eston, Tekser (Turkey), Partek, "Polimetkai" (Finland), etc.
• the author of series of buildings for mass construction of social and commercial housing;
• the author of the 8th skyscraper (after 7 Stalin) on Davydkovskaya Street in Moscow constructed in 2004;
• the author, the developer and the coordinator of standards for high-rise housing construction – the Moscow city construction standards (MGSN 4.19-05 "Multifunction high rise buildings and complexes");
• author, developer and coordinator of the standard of the organization (service station 01422789-001-2009 "Design of high rise buildings");
• author of the special specifications (SS) for design of unique and high rise buildings.
