Russian Humanitarian Scientific Fund (RHSF) (ELAR SAPERION)

The Russian Humanitarian Scientific Fund (RHSF) will fill and upgrades the electronic archive. ELAR corporation became the winner of competition on execution of works on digitization of documents and improvement of a system of electronic archive of Fund.

Task of RGNF – a financial and organizational support of scientific research in the field of the humanities. The fund annually holds nearly 100 competitions on history, archeology, ethnography, economy, philosophy, philology, psychology and pedagogics and other disciplines, supports more than 3,000 projects, considers about 10,000 requests. This activity assumes processing of bigger information volume, connected with obtaining requests, reports and conducting examinations. Digitization of earlier submitted documents and creation of a system of electronic archive of steel for the organization by the effective instrument of providing employees with the operational and regulated information access and guarantees of its safety.

After creation of electronic archive ELAR corporation continues works on transfer to an electronic form of documents of fund for requests, expert evaluations and reports. The created information resource will be loaded into the system of the electronic archive constructed based on the SAPERION ECM platform that will give an opportunity to work to the staff of Fund with considerably large volume of documents in electronic form.

For the purpose of improvement of documentary providing staff of RGNF and performance improvement of their work new search and report forms will be developed for the system of electronic archive. Besides, the add-on module which will allow to work with documents of electronic archive using mobile devices will be installed.
