The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation prepares expert and analytical mechanisms of interaction with social networks

The IT by request of the Ministry of Education and Science starts development of expert and analytical mechanisms of support of social networks, the press service of integrator reported on August 20, 2013.

Project Background

The IT company won an open competition at the choice of the contractor for the research work (RW) for a subject: "Pilot development of expert and analytical mechanisms of support of the social networks having educational value as mechanisms of state and public management of development of education".

A competition at the choice of the contractor of research was held by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in July, 2013. Main objective of the project − determination of mechanisms of management of educational resources of social networks, use of their potential as mechanism of state and public system management of education.

Work is carried out within the action "Creation of conditions for distribution of models of state and public management of education and support of programs of development of the regional and municipal systems of preschool education" as a part of an action "Achievement in all territorial subjects of the Russian Federation of strategic reference points of a national educational initiative "Our new school"" task "Upgrade of the general and preschool education as institute of social development" the Federal target program of development of education for 2011-2015.

Project perspectives

During the project the contractor should implement:

• The analysis of degree and the nature of activity of subjects of educational activity on social network, determination of key parameters of social network, existence in them of an educational component
• Security of educational space
• Determination of mechanisms of maintenance of educational resources of social networks
• Use of an educational component of social networks for the purpose of state and public system management of education

According to the contract, IT it is obliged to perform research work within 105 days. The detailed report about the carried-out researches will become its result. Results of research will be used when implementing the state and public development mechanism of education at the federal and regional levels.
