Inventive Retail Group integrates space of corporate communications

Implementing solution "1C-Bitrix:" the uniform infocommunication field for the staff of Inventive Retail Group helped to create a corporate portal. The Idex Group company performed implementing solution and its preparation for start at the customer, the press service of the company reported on August 21, 2013.

Project Results

The solution integrates more than 200 retail stores located more than in 30 cities of Russia and the staff of the central office in Moscow numbering today more than 200 employees.

"Gradually, with expansion of network and growth of the Moscow office in the company the need for development of uniform infocommunication space was created. The space allowing to get online access to the necessary working documents useful to the services and tools, materials concerning training of new employees to the latest news from life of group and, of course, to contacts of shops and specific specialists in all territory of the Russian Federation. Therefore in December, 2012 was decided to begin development of the new version of a corporate portal, - Tatyana Gladyuk, the HR director of Inventive Retail Group told. - We try to promote both comfortable working interaction, and informal communication of team members therefore even at problem definition we placed emphasis on existence of convenient and modern communication tools: forum, private messages, instant notifications, etc. At the same time for us it was important to receive the most effective remedy of formation of uniform corporate culture taking into account the permanent growth and development of the company.
