The SoftExpert company completed workflow automation of Infrastroy of Bykovo LLC on the basis of the 1C: Document Flow 8 software product, the press service of the company reported on August 21, 2013.

Project Background

Under control of Infrastroy of Bykovo LLC considerable number of assets, including land plots, office buildings, telephone exchanges.

Need for workflow automation arose because activity of the company is connected with several directions of business at once. Features of an organization structure assume daily processing more than 60 diverse by types, form and content of documents, can be at the same time involved in process up to 20 employees. The organization was faced by a problem of ensuring collective work of users with a possibility of approval, a statement and control of execution of documents.

Project Results

System implementation "1C: Document Flow 8" of PROF version allowed to arrange work of employees with documents, to exclude a possibility of loss of versions or intersection of fragments at simultaneous operation.

The subsequent development of document flow is connected with emergence of requirement of automatic filling of files on templates. Upgrade of the 1C: Document Flow system from PROF version to the version CORPB to a system is made for the solution of an assigned task the possibility of hierarchical creation and business process management is in addition implemented.

Project Development

Specialists SoftExpert executed completion of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP system thanks to what there was an opportunity to copy the content of the created process in the field Description, to perform report generation on a status of agreements and also functions of dialog in tasks using the "Ask a Question to Any User" command and printing of history of approval of the document are implemented.

End of the Project

System implementation "1C: Document Flow 8" in Infrastroy of Bykovo company allowed to improve controllability of projects thanks to access to up-to-date information about a work status "in real time". Time of collection of data on the current works was considerably reduced, an opportunity to see features of the project from the workplace and work progress is implemented (what of tasks/instructions it is created what is complete what is rejected and for what reasons).
