"ADATA System" implements technologies of automation of accounting

Company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project of setting of accounting in ADATA Stroy LLP with implementation of the "1C:Enterprise 8 Accounting for Kazakhstan" software product, the press service of integrator reported on August 26, 2013.

Project Background

At the heart of the solution of the management of business - to automate accounting processes, desire to increase transparency of reporting information on financial and economic activity of firm.

Project Progress

Contractors of the project specialists " acted as 1C: The first BIT", they carried out implementation of a modern automated system "1C:Enterprise 8 Accounting for Kazakhstan". Users were trained.

Are automated:

• tax accounting: accounting of the VAT, the tax chart of accounts, automatic creation of tax registers, data preparation for the tax declaration;
• accounting of inventory stocks: different methods of assessment of inventory stocks at their leaving, lot-based accounting, different methods of assessment of cost value;
• accounting of banking and cash activities: input and printing of payment orders, receipt and cash payment orders, introduction and receiving cash, acquisition and foreign currency sales;
• accounting of settlings with suppliers and buyers: accounting in tenge, conventional units and foreign currency, automatic calculation of an exchange and amount-based difference for transaction;
• payroll accounting and personnel records: accounting of workers on a principle place of employment and in combination, payroll, calculation of taxes and contributions, reporting
