The Panorama company completed software implementation of Infinity with the assistance of Weathervane Sale integrator, the press service of integrator reported on August 27, 2013.

Specialists of the company selected the solution sall-center Infinity.
Irina Shevkunova, the head of call center of Panorama company, transition to a new system is performed without stopping works of call center in season peak that was very important for the company. Irina Shevkunova estimated possibilities of Infinity in the field of control and training of sellers. Now the call recording is an obligatory tool which is used by the head of call center in daily work.
