In the summer of 2013 KRUG company puts into operation the Center of Collecting of Technology Information (CCTI) of the Nizhnekamsk combined heat and power plant based on the software of WideTrack and SCADA/HMI DataRate.
Goals and Objectives
A system is intended for collecting of process parameters from local to an APCS of the Nizhnekamsk combined heat and power plant and providing information on station personal computers.
The purpose of system development – collection of information from an APCS of the equipment of combined heat and power plant:
- An APCS of boiler units – 8 pieces.
- An APCS of turbines – 7 pieces.
- An APCS of all-exchange equipment – 37 pieces.
Basic functions of a system
- Providing to personnel of combined heat and power plant of sufficient and reliable information about the course of technology processes local an APCS
- Providing summary retrospective technology information to personnel for the analysis, the organization and work planning of the capital equipment of combined heat and power plant and its repair
- Decrease in probability of wrong actions of operation personnel due to timely providing the summarized information in an evident type
- Formation of reporting documents on process parameters, emergency situations and technology protection local an APCS
- Long data storage in relational Microsoft SQL Server DBMS
- Viewing historical parameters in a trend type and printing documents
- Preserving of reporting information in the file of the Excel or PDF format.
Architecture of the center of collecting of technology information
Are composition:
- The server of data collection WideTrack carries out a survey of a local APCS and preserving of technology information in the Microsoft SQL database
- The SQL server will organize management of relational databases
- The server of visualization DataRate makes preparation and providing data to client applications of a system
- Web clients – station personal computers on which the prepared information by means of Web technologies is displayed.
